On Thursday, 14 August 2014 Mac Mcleer was presented with a sports wheelchair donated by the Cheltenham and Gloucester branches. Mac was injured in Afganistan resulting in a leg amputation. Mac is a very positive chap who said, "I am very grateful for the funding of a sports wheelchair. The Gloucester Blazers is a real close knit friendly group, almost like service life. It's one of the few outlets I have at the moment and the chair is going to be a great addition for me".
